SOFTWARE FOR THE PRODUCTION
EPK creates its own machine programs. For this purpose, the ESPIRIT software is used, which ensures that machine programs can be generated by computer and simulated in advance. In the end, only fine-tuning and series production are carried out on the machine. Thus, we are also able to make precise offers for product manufacturing.
CLEANLINESS DURING PRODUCTION
EPK also has a modern facility for cleaning and preservation of workpieces. This ensures that the cleanliness of the parts is maintained according to customer specifications. The issue of cleanliness is becoming increasingly important to our customers, so we have always integrated cleanliness into our manufacturing process and can guarantee the cleanliness requirement, even when delivering parts to Germany or Europe.
We also have access to the measurement technology required for the manufacture of precision parts. Our measuring laboratory is equipped with optical measuring technology, contour measuring technology, roughness measuring technology, various hand-held measuring devices such as thread plug gauges and other measuring devices such as dial gauges for testing the inside and outside diameter. Our measurement technology has also been further optimized and expanded due to the growing requirements from our customer.
